Project: Medicare Advantage Product Launch


Situation
Puget Sound Health Partners (PSHP) approached Pathway2Design in early 2007 with a request to launch four new Medicare Advantage products for the 2007 Annual Enrollment Period. This launch was particularly complicated because PSHP was launching as a new company at the same time. Pathway2Design was chosen based on experience in healthcare insurance product launches, specifically in Medicare Advantage Plans.

Project Goals:
  • Launch website by July 1, 2007
  • Launch advertising by October 1, 2007
  • Launch required sales materials by October 15, 2007
  • Reach enrollment goal of 3000 by December 31, 2007
  • Launch required member communication materials by January 1, 2008
