Situation
Community Health Plan of Washington approached Pathway2Design in 2006 with a request to launch 3 new Medicare Advantage products for the 2006 Annual Enrollment Period. Pathway was engaged to produce all of the sales and member collateral material and to manage the brand with the development of the website.

Pathway was chosen due to our experience in Medicare Advantage Plans and our cost effective product.

Project Goals:

  • Launch website by October 1, 2006
  • Launch advertising by October 1, 2006
  • Launch required sales materails by October 15, 2006
  • Reach enrollment goal by December 31, 2006
  • Launch required member communication materials by January 1, 2007
